any one of a number of projects. Hailing from diverse backgrounds, this highly skilled team has the know-how to create a dynamic web site for you.
Kristin Lynch, Interactive Brand Manager/Producer, is a graduate of Gannon University. She has a technical
background in systems and networking, and a technical Internet background gained from experience as a systems administrator at the premier and largest Internet Service Provider in northwestern
Pennsylvania and the tri-state area. She has been working in the computer and Internet technology fields for over 20 years and has won numerous awards for her work in these areas.
Karen Burchill, Designer, is a graduate of Edinboro University's Graphic Design
Program. She is an award-winning designer with experience in both the newspaper and broadcasting industries.
Jeff Biletnikoff, Marketing Manager of Innovation, is a graduate of Penn State Erie with a business degree. He has a diverse background in media and has worked for
Erie and Cleveland television and radio stations. Jeff brings writing and producing experience to CyberInk after being involved in the production, writing or editing of
hundreds of TV and radio commercials.
Jeff McCullor, Sales,
is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology's College of Business. Jeff also has a degree in Computer
Information Systems so he knows what's going on under the hard drive. He brings a diverse background in customer service and hospitality from his previous experience
as a hotel manager.
Amy Izbicki, Sales, After graduating from Mercyhurst's Graphic Design program, Amy
Izbicki put her skills to work developing successful campaigns and collateral material for a variety of local and national clients at one of Erie's biggest ad agencies. As
talented as she was in graphic design, Amy realized her real strength was centered in helping clients develop advertising programs that generated positive results for their
bottom line. Ask her to evaluate your current advertising as well as her experience on tour with a grammy award winning artist.
Chris Hawes, freelance GoErie.com Content Editor, is a graduate of Erie Business Center with a degree in web design, PC technologies and Computer Information
Technology. He gained experience in help desk support while attending EBC. He is an avid builder and high-tech designer of computer gaming systems. He works as the
overnight content editor of GoErie.com.
