Our Mission: Embrace new ideas and new media with products that make sense to advertisers and consumers. We are an artistic company, one that embraces the whole picture, not just the technology. It focuses on the needs of its clients. Our most visible work is GoErie.com, an Erie-region portal site that provides community information and news, and is the website of record for the Erie Times-News.
Terry first became acquainted with Erie while attending youth soccer tournaments at Family First Sports Park with his wife Janet and two sons, Alex and Isaac, when he was working as the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Director of Display Advertising. The opportunity to become Ad Director for the Erie Times-News brought him closer to his hometown of Canton, Ohio and his favorite football team, the Cleveland Browns. Terry was named Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2010. Prior to working for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for five years, he held advertising positions at the Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News, the Dayton Daily News in Ohio and at ADVO, a direct-mail company in Columbus, Ohio.
Laurie Thompson has been connecting clients with marketing solutions throughout her career in advertising, gaining experience as diverse as today’s media mix. Laurie’s past roles include associate partner at Engel O’Neill Advertising, sales manager at WICU-TV, Connoisseur Media, and WUHF-TV in Rochester, New York. She joined CyberInk in 2008 and was named Director of Sales in 2011. An accomplished marathoner, Laurie lives in Waterford with her husband Chuck.
To answer the important question posed to all Erie natives, Laurie is a graduate of Fort LeBoeuf High School.
Jeff manages all aspects of our digital services. An RIT marketing grad, he guides you through the project cycle, helping you through each step along the way. Jeff “grew up” in hotel and hospitality management where he learned the critical role customer service plays in any process. He is an avid small batch beer brewer and can be seen amidst the local craft beer scene. He can be spotted running the multi-purpose trail Sunday mornings at Presque Isle State Park.
Jeff and his wife Emily live in Millcreek with their 2-year old, and their dog, Gus.
